Many of our customers already know and appreciate his finest craftsmanship, so it is everyone's dream to own someday and use the legendary & famous masterpiece of Hattori KD Series Cowry X Damascus kitchen knives. Mr. Hattori is the last one who can properly create the ultimate Powdered High Speed Tool Steel Cowry X into the beautiful masterpiece.
Unfortunately however, due to the very limited production for his age and health situation, Hattori KD kitchen knives have been in serious delivery problem and are now very rare to see in the market.
This time, we are very lucky to receive these two of very rare and one of a kind Hattori KD Series Yanagiba 330mm, which Mr. Hattori managed to produce for only JCK customers.
Perfect quality, excellent fit&finish... This is the ultimate masterpiece that can be made by only the finest craftsman.
We hope and believe these special Cowry X Damascus Yanagiba knives will not be the last ones from Mr.Hattori. But now, we have only two of these one of a kinds, very rare and special order made Yanagiba knives from the best craftsman Mr. Hattori.
We also have a Hattori's high mirror polished VG-10 Yanagiba 330mm. Its cutting edge core is made of VG-10 forge layered with soft stainless steel.
